Our Leadership: A Valued Partnership
Dale Ladner
Dale Ladner founded Omni Group in 1978 and serves as its President. His extensive development background encompasses all aspects of business, including project feasibility/economic analysis, site location, site acquisition, planning, finance, lease negotiation, and property deposition. His career began with the Tandy Corporation where he opened stores for Radio Shack and Color Tile all over the United States. He began his development career being one of the original developers for Blockbuster Video in which he built the sixth store in the company’s history which is located in his hometown of Fort Worth. Originally from the Houston area, he attended Texas Christian University played football for the Horned Frogs and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis Management.
Melissa Huffman
Melissa Huffman has been a part of Omni Group since 2001. Melissa works alongside both Omni Group and Huffman Real Estate sharing in both the finance management and overseeing the development of all projects. She coordinates with all the consultants and collaborates on budgeting and construction management. In 2021, she established Huffman Real Estate as her own full service commercial real estate firm. Alongside her brother-in-law, Chad Huffman they will expand further opportunities in all facets of real estate. In 2013, Laura Ladner and Suzanne Burt invited Melissa to be the broker for Burt Ladner Real Estate, a Fort Worth based boutique residential real estate company, further deepening her knowledge of real estate. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, from Texas Christian University.
Ashley Bowman
Ashley Bowman has been with Omni Group since 2012 . She is a licensed real agent in the state of Texas, licensed notary and serves Omni Group as their office manager/project manager. She manages all interoffice accounting, preparing bank draws, prepares account receivables/payables and oversees all office matters. She’s a vital part of Omni Group and Huffman Real Estate. She is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a degree in Pre-Med and a minor in Biology, where she graduated in 2009.
