Walgreens: Ventura Blvd Tarzana, CA

Accommodate special design requirements per the Ventura/Cahuenga Boulevard Corridor Specific Plan, while meeting Walgreens operational and prototypical requirements.

Though the site was extremely small, we maximized the property, creating a two story building to include all of the operational necessities for Walgreens. Omni worked along the City of Los Angeles, Tarzana Neighborhood Association and Walgreens to incorporate all requirements of the specific plan. The building features unique architectural details while still providing a suitable layout for Walgreens fixtures. This is the first Walgreens store on historic Ventura Boulevard for Walgreens.
